A qualified and experienced pre- and postnatal fitness trainer and mum of four (ages 1–9).

I’d love to help you feel strong, energized, and confident in your body as you navigate motherhood with your beautiful baby.

The postpartum period can be overwhelming, filled with challenges we often face alone, including how to return to exercise. While the general advice suggests starting slowly if you feel okay, this can be unhelpful.

Pregnancy and birth significantly impact your body, and recovery is essential, much like healing from surgery or an injury.

Many mums may hesitate to exercise or, conversely, jump back into high-intensity workouts too soon, which can lead to issues with abdominal separation and pelvic floor dysfunction.

This is why Feel Good Fitness exists

The Core Confidence 6-Week Course is designed to guide you through recovery and support your return to exercise. It’s not about “bouncing back”; it’s about tuning into your incredible post-baby body and learning safe, effective movement that leaves you feeling stronger and more empowered.

As a MumSafe™ trainer, I encourage new mums to wait on high-impact exercises like running and jumping, as well as core workouts like planks and sit-ups, until after a proper rehabilitation period. No matter how your pregnancy and birth went, your body has experienced trauma, and I’m here to help you recover safely and effectively, so you can build your healthiest, fittest self.

In our six-week course, I will guide you to reconnect with your breath, pelvic floor, and deep core muscles, helping you rebuild strength from the inside out. We’ll progress to full-body workouts tailored to your fitness level, establishing a strong foundation that empowers you to pursue your fitness goals.

The course also includes a component for returning to running and high-impact exercise.
